She put the data inorder by names, dates, historical stories, and as many photos as were available.Joyce released her historical data on the internet and allowed relatives, descendents, and the public fullaccess to her findings and accumulation of her hard work.When I was involved with setting up a website to promote the Mortenson Reunions that had been organizedover the years, I became quite interested in studying all the work that Joyce had already accumulated anddocumented on her website.Now I believe it is time to include her work within this book that can be handed down through thegenerations for everyone to see the chronicled facts and anecdotes of stories told by our ancestors.
