This is a love story that has angels and a devil equally involved. Pam Fontaine has always known she had a guardian angel protecting her. Pam has a ladies dress shop in the lovely and wealthy Spring Hill area of Mobile, Alabama. When she and Dan Shipp fall in love, Dan's sister, Beth, becomes their devil. She will do anything to destroy this love. There are lies, deceit and trickery. She knows and has used them all. In Mobile there is Mardi Gras fun and danger in the streets. They mingle with Azaleas, Crepe Myrtle trees and many different flowers to be seen every where you look. It's a beautiful, charming city whose inhabitants are not always nice.
