The cryptograms are all based on (new) motivational quotes, so completing one of these will also give you something positive to think about, as well as relaxing and having fun. As well as providing the answers, the book provides an explanation of all the puzzles, in case there are some you haven't come across before and for even MORE FUN, there are a few spaces in the book with coloring shapes and space to doodle while you are thinking about how to solve your puzzles.
