Morality and Ontology of Social-Technological Systems is an edited collection which gathers contributions describing micro and macro social environments in the technological age, while pointing to moral standards in building, maintaining and regulating such systems. The book mostly draws on Basic Formal Ontology. Contributions draw from economics, physical science, sociology, psychology, and neuroscience. Each deals with the ontology, or what actually exists, and how they interact, as well as the emergent network effects of those interactions feeding back on the human system and the environment.
