Logan and James Campbell, two cousins who has just seen their folks sail from England to Charleston, South Carolina to begin in a new life in this fast growing harbor in 1792. Logan and James would soon follow, but first they had to earn their way by sailing on a trade ship that in time would be going into Charleston. Little did they know what trade would be carried on this ship called Annabella! The days and weeks passed, and they soon learned what cargo would be put in dark, and dirty lower deck! The hell they would see, and would learn the true dark history of the Annabella, and its crew! Logan and James's adventure will have as many twist and turns as the Santee River, where they will carve out a new life among the low lands, swamps and dense forest.
