This is a Latin missal, or liturgical book, used in the Mozarabic Rite of the Catholic Church in Spain. The Mozarabic Rite is a unique form of Catholic worship that developed in medieval Spain and includes elements of the Roman and Visigothic liturgies. This version of the missal was produced in the seventeenth century and includes commentary by Alexander Leslie, a Scottish scholar of the time.
