Excerpt from Minutes of the Eighteenth Anniversary of the Liberty Association: Held at Jamestown Church, Guilford Co., N. C., August the 16th, 17th, and 19th, 1850
Resolved, That this Association disclaim all connection or sympathy with said society, and the Churches are hereby recommended not to allow any abolitionist to preach in any of our houses of worship.
