Mindfulness has become a buzzword in recent years because employees work/ life balance is generally at risk and this is because people struggle to keep up with rising workloads. Learning these simple techniques aimed at employees can bring the balance back.Once you have completed the course and upon successful completion of the course, you will receive your Certificate in Mindfulness in the Workplace. We believe support during the course is absolutely essential but equally if you do not require our support that is no problem at all. Our course is aimed at those who are either absolute beginners in the Mindfulness world or for those that already have an existing Mindfulness background and wish to expand it to each others within the workplace.There is no time limit for this course, so once purchased please take as long as you need to complete it.
