Publisher's Synopsis
Michael is a four year old boy who lives in London and loves playing with water but can not do so while he is suffering from eczema and his parents and doctors are trying to discover what is causing the itchiness and what allergy he has. In the meantime he must not scratch. The water in public fountains has chlorine and affects his condition, he is given many alternatives to do other sports, activities or play in the park while he recovers and is able to happily jump back in the swimming pool. The book gives a positive outlook with emphasis on what Michael CAN still do and eat rather than making the child a victim of his itchy skin.
