Big Hoss, once a Texas Ranger that was sent to Dallas Texas and assigned to cleanup Dallas, has fulfilled his obligation to bring Dallas Texas back to law standards. Hoss was elected to be the Governor of Texas and Dallas is growing in leaps and bounds with his leadership. Big Hoss has put together a team of top men to manage and help him run the town that is turning into a city with the population growth. Big Hoss is a rich man and an oil tycoon married to his wife Wilma. They have built an empire of their own with the construction of a new home, a racehorse racing business, and a new factory to extract the oil from their property. Big Hoss is a multi-tasker and it seems he cannot have enough work on his plate and he is now building a new hotel on the property, that was purchased from the government that was once the property and home owned by the notorious gang leader Carl McCarthy, who is now serving life in jail. Their new home is a property that is an estate over ten thousand square feet, and a property that is over five acres. Hoss has given the task to his wife Wilma to make the renovations and remodel, to convert the large house to a luxury hotel that they have named the Wilmington Luxury Resort. But there is a new twist in this new venture just around the corner that puts Big Hoss back in the saddle to head up a new task force to take down another gang leader who is the son and leader of the McCarthy gang that has vowed to take Big Hoss and his family down with his gang.14+
