After collaboration has become more and more important for many companies, the question about the effectiveness of collaborative documents has become more popular, too. In this work, the maturing of information in collaborative environments such as Wikis, intranet documents or documents in cloud is investigated via four metrics. English Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org) was used as data source for practical calculations. After the definition and calculation of the metrics, the results are visualised. That way, the results can be seen in graphical format. That enables the readers not only to see evolution of the metrics within the time, but also the relations of metrics with each other.
