Christina Geiser was talking to her Granddaughter, Lauren Reiff, about what she wanted to be when she grew up. She had several ideas, some really good ones too, but the only one she was most excited about was being an author. "Well, what would you write if you became an author?" Christina asked. Lauren told Christina that she would write a story about where her cats, Sam and Lucky, would go if they could go on a vacation. It would be a story about a motel for cats and cats only. Lauren definitely thought that would be a good idea, since you open the door to a house, the cats usually try to run out. This would seem to mean they need a vacation. That weekend, Lauren and Christina sat down and Lauren started going through the ideas and thoughts of her cat's vacation.
