Publisher's Synopsis

Eliza (Elizabeth Perkins) taught history on the university level. She was very good at it since for much of the time the things that she had taught she remembered directly. Eliza also saw a psychiatrist weekly. Martin Holiday was a nice man. His identical brother Melvin taught at the same college where Eliza did and was mistaken for the man. Eliza remembered bits and pieces of her past lives from 1519 in Europe to the present day. None of those past beings that she remembered had simple uneventful lives. Bit by bit as her memories formed she shared them with her psychiatrist. The bad thing about Martin's brother Melvin was that he was falling in love with the woman herself. Going from place to place around the country on vacations Eliza collected evidence that she was not crazy. Martin's research proved the opposite and he warned his brother not to get involved with the volatile woman. But when do brothers ever really take one another's advice?
