It includes the towns of East Dereham, Litcham, and Reepham; and North Elmham (once a city and the seat of the Bishops of Norfolk from ad. 673 to ad. And the villages of Necton, Shipdham, Mattishall, Ringland, Lyng, Swanton Morley, Tittleshall, and others of smaller size.
