John and Susanna have experienced the blessing of God through the voluntary work of the freighters who supplied so many hands in the recreating of their homestead. The joining together with Willie Fillmore, again added so very much to the creation of what would be a homestead that would be committed to the physical, spiritual and educational needs of their neighbors. Their mother's God-inspired decision to re-settle in Culbertson seemed to bring everything to a complete togetherness. Volume 2 of Meeting House opens even more doors as the pain of physical difficulties seems to blunt the future for Susanna and John.
