The long way home to normality led her through the meandering maze of physicians, physical therapy designed for pelvic floor dysfunction, acupuncture, eastern philosophy, dietary supplements and affirmations through words. A daily regime of specific muscle lengthening and relaxing techniques was the ticket to relief out of this foreign Land of Pelvic Pain in which she felt she was an accidental tourist.
Along the way her view of life is challenged to throw selfimposed restrictions into the wind and develop a plan that works for her. Amy extends an invitation to join her on this journey of hope.
