After receiving the idea in a journaling session, I wrote down one encouraging word or phrase that came to my mind each day for one year. After a year, both of the small journals I used were filled with daily encouraging words, phrases and affirmations.Each word is meant to represent a positive aspect of yourself, so the breathwork and meditation combined with repeating the word or phrase for the day, allows you to explore different positive parts of yourself each time you use the book. "I am .............. Love" is the first word and aspect of yourself to focus on in the book. I figured if I could be "Love" everything else would work itself out.
