Maryam is in preschool and learning all about her body and how to keep it healthy and strong. Her bones need exercise to stay strong. Her muscles need exercise to stay healthy. Her lungs and heart need exercise to work their best, doing their important jobs. But, Maryam isn't getting her exercise. Her mom takes he to the park, but can't get her to play.
