All papers were peer reviewed. The importance of connecting astrophysical theory, simulations and laboratory experiments is enormous. In particular it is widely understood that laboratory experiments are the key ingredients for validating astrophysical codes. This understanding is particularly acute in the area of magneto-rotational instability (MRI) research.
