The reality of love can be both a lifetime of beauty and horror. And for the average person as we look inwards in reflection that can mean a version of us that terrifies us. Sometimes though, the story of love is told differently, uniquely, and the subjects we place in the vacuum of projection can make us look at our own failings not in shock, but in appreciation.
This book is a celebration of my life's loves, my love's failings, my muses, my wild creative ideas, and tells the story I began writing the first time my pen created a
M.E. and a
H.E.R. instead of being about me, and the various hers of my life. Emotions and philosophy are laid bare as the poems take you on a different kind of love journey. Unafraid of consequence, and subject only to my writing whims.
