Publisher's Synopsis
Growing up Sarah loved to ask the hard questions about where things came from and how they worked. Her parents were always encouraging her to explain things herself before they'd give the boring answer. When she became a nanny she was back to making up outlandish stories as to why the sky is blue and the grass is green. Sarah came up with the story of Luna and Indra during a stormy night when her little sister couldn't sleep. Her sister asked her to tell her a story so Sarah told her about the moon and stars. Sarah grew up on a farm in Ohio with her younger brother and sister, and her mom and dad. They had bunches of pets including dogs, cats, ferrets, chickens, turkeys, ducks, rabbits, goats, a horse, and many other rescue animals. Sarah now works as a nanny, writing in her free time. She loves to read, write, take pictures, and learn new strange things about the world around her.
