Highschool, moody brooding vampire, bullied outcast girl, big conflict. Not another one! These Vampires bite and they bite hard. Aderyn Taun the Heroine of the story is our outcasted teenage girl who just wishes to fade into the background. Sadly that isn't part of the plan, instead she comes home one day to find a Boy in her bed. Fun right? After accidentally placing the First of the Four Vampire marks on Aderyn cold, brooding, ancient, Pure-Blood Vampire Saebriel Cashel is forced to keep her close at hand. Then romance springs between the two and they live happily ever after and she becomes a vampire- Wrong! Aderyn begins to be showered in monstrous attacks from Were-wolves, Vampires and Humans. None of which can compare to the dark evil that hunts Aderyn without mercy, the same evil that strikes fear into the un-dead heart of Saebriel. As the unspoken truths begin to reveal themselves between Aderyn and Saebriel their connection becomes ever more set in stone. But how does Saebriel know the monster that hungers for Aderyns heart on a silver platter, and why does he want her dead so badly?
