A little about the Author I am a mother to a son named Richard and a daughter named Chrystal. My children are both married and have given me five wonderful grandchildren, Collen, Brooke, Taylor, Justin and Morgan. I have a son in law Jim and a daughter in law Sara. God also gave me a wonderful husband for thirty-six years Buzz, then took him home to be with him. Five and a half years later I married my childhood sweetheart. We hadn't seen each other for forty-three years when God brought us back together after the death of his wife. I thank God for both of my husbands. Buzz encouraged me and was there when I first started writing. Gary has pushed me to get the stories published. God has also blessed me with many friends who have been there reading my stories and asking for more. One dear friend Kathy Smart, a retired teacher, bought me the book where I found Aaron Book Publishing. Isn't it great how God has been in control my whole life? My stories are fiction, but for many of them, the idea came to me as I saw and lived through actual events. I pray God blesses people as they read these stories. My life has been through many twists and turns; good times and bad, but God brought me through each one. I prayed for God's will through my path. We don't have to like God's will, but we do have to accept it. He sees the whole picture and what is best for us as you will see when you read these stories. Lois Hite Overbay
