Two missionary sisters confront the horrors of Swaziland, where a third of the population has HIV, TB incidence is the highest in the world, and orphans are raising orphans in a land of drought, rape, poverty, pythons, illiteracy, black magic, and despair. Despite impossible obstacles, they care for 121 children and operate one of the most effective HIV/TB clinics in the country. But can their demonstrations of goodwill bridge the chasm between them and the Swazi culture?
