Tina, a successful businesswoman, great friend, ideal daughter, and the epitome of what a mother should be. But when it came to her love life, she was guarded, based on her past experiences. Attempting to bury them in her subconscious, she never solicited the help of a therapist. According to her, therapy was a waste of time, when she could manage her own life. Based on her unresolved issues, Tina was not equipped to handle love, or a loving relationship so when love pursued her, she produced all types of excuses as to why they would not work.
