Publisher's Synopsis
A cultivator on horseback while leading a group of potential disciples to his sect find themselves trapped in an alternate plane of existence and are quickly slaughtered by a demon and her spirits. The sect sends out Xiu and Shen to try and discover what happened to their missing brother. Far in the future, a woman named Ying is trying to understand and connect to her heritage roots. Her girlfriend Sam, their friend Amy, and her while returning home from an occasion find themselves trapped in a similar plane but in a different time, can they figure out what is going on and escape before the demon can claim them too?
