Publisher's Synopsis
Ken Annakin directs this 1950s British comedy adapted by Graham Greene from his novel about a high-flying accountant who tries to apply his ability with numbers to gambling. Rossano Brazzi stars as Bertrand, an unconventional accountant who impresses his boss, Dreuther (Robert Morley), with his methods when called to a meeting. Dreuther decides, as a result, to send Bertrand and his new bride, Cary (Glynis Johns), to Monte Carlo for their honeymoon, but the temptations of the local casinos threaten to end the marriage before it has even begun...
