Jessica Owens is a bright-eyed woman who sees the best in people. Especially the people she helps through her therapy practice. She returns home to Port City to take care of the grandfather who raised her after the tragic death of her parents. Now he needs her as a live-in helper, but between Pete's demands, money issues and her fledgling practice, she is tapped out. When their lives collide because of Pete, they are forced to work together to help with his care. Can they overcome the hurts of the past to find a future together?
