Publisher's Synopsis
Renata Leuffen wants to abolish compulsory and enforced school attendance in Germany. She wants to change the German constitution by adding the article from the first German constitution that originally guaranteed the right to home schooling and natural learning and the freedom of education in Germany to the present constitution. Renata highlights serious human rights violations by the German authorities who deliberately misinterpret article 1666 of the Civil Law to define home schooling as a crime and the neglect of children and their well being. Renata criticizes the fact that the German authorities take the parental rights of home schooling parents away and put the children that learn at home into childrens' homes. The German authorities took all of Renata's parental rights away because she home schooled her son Danny.Renata lived with the paradox situation that she was a criminal and bad mother in Germany but a good citizen and good mother in England where she and her son lived in exile.
