The kingdom of heaven is not a pipe dream but God's dream for humankind. Jesus taught us to pray for God's Kingdom to come on earth. Dr. Patrick Kee, a retired palliative physician, had been caring for the elderly sick and terminally ill since 1990. In 2011, he "retired" from general practice to care for the dying as a palliative physician and they taught him the reality of the spiritual dimension of life. In the autumn of his life he found himself in the "desert time of God" which led him to explore and practise contemplative prayer. He stays in Singapore and is married to his wife, Mary, for the past 48 years.He has 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.
