Welcome to the world of fish bullying!
When Jay begins caring for seven pet fish, Little Timmy becomes his best friend. But one of Jay's pets, Oscar, terrorize all the other fish in the aquarium, including Little Timmy. Oscar scares them away from playing at the fish playground and nibbles on their tails. Little Timmy must confront his fears and overcome Oscar the bully.
