Publisher's Synopsis
120 pages total. Page 1 can be used to write contact info in case the book is misplaced. (Although choice is owner's discretion, only phone number, po box, or email is recommended.) Page 2 - "Notes" . Remaining 118 pages: odd number pages are 4 columnar pages, narrow ruled. Even number pages are grid ruled 4x4 per in. No headers on columns in order to suit individual needs. Example of use: date, item, item cost, and total. However, others may wish different categorization; hence no headers. At the top of each odd page is a space for date to help in tracking down specific transactions/events. Primary design is geared towards being a shopping list (how many has gone into a store to pick up one item and instead walked out with one CART full of stuff that really could have waited or just stayed in the store?). Checking off items as they're put in the cart and writing down the cost helps keep a tally on what the total may be before checking out. Also, physically writing down every penny spent may help prevent impulse buying. By keeping shopping lists in this book, a record is made of what every penny of each paycheck is spent on. It's small enough to be carried in a medium size purse, carrier bag or backpack.
