Linda Thornton and Lucy Dunn are eighteen-year-old school friends doing their A-levels at Upper Middleton Comprehensive School, Sussex UK. Linda is the naughtiest of the two and she persuaded her friend Lucy to join her when she went shoplifting for new underwear. In the first book, Lucy is caught and punished by the Security Manager of the store, Samantha Thwaits. In this book, Linda turns over a new leaf and realises she has to own up to her crimes so she volunteers to see the Store Security manager, and ask to be punished, but she is in for a surprise when she is confronted by the police. Lucy's mother, Mrs Dunn also spanks Linda for her naughtiness, and not wanting to be left out Linda's Mother also spanks Lucy.
