But when Taylor encounters the Red Collar Boys and learns of their ongoing conflict with the sheriff, she realizes this rogue group might be the zone's only hope for getting the vaccine to the people.

To complicate matters, the gang's leader is more interested in surrendering to the sheriff than helping Taylor save the town.
