Excerpt from Ley De 14 De Diciembre De 1881 Sobre Reforma De Diversos Art�culos
Art. 25. Cuando en 11n mismo bulto vengan mercancias de las expresadas en las fraeciones de la tarifa, relativas a merce ria 6 ferreteria, de cuotas diverse-s entre si, debera estar cada clase en empaque separado, de tal manera, que pueda verificat se su peso con el declarado en la factura, a fin de que, encon trado exacto, se haga la 'reparticion pmporcional de la tara del bulto, y quede fij ado el peso bruto que corresponda a cada mer caucia. Cuando falte este requisite se aplicara sobre el peso to tal del bu1t0, el derecho que correspofida a aquella mercancia' de las designadas en el documento respectivo, q11e tenga fij ada mayor cuota en la tarifa.
