Have you ever thought that self-development just wasn't for you? Or you've tried and failed various programs and challenges? I'm here to tell you that you can make change in your life for the better. We all have struggles; I've dealt with chronic health issues, self-injury and suicidal thoughts, along with postpartum and run-of-the-mill depression, just to name a few. This story is to document my self-development journey, along with lessons I've learned in hindsight. Although these experiences are personal and make me vulnerable, I've decided it's more important to share and let others learn from my mistakes. Everyone has a unique story to tell; and yet, the challenges we face and overcome are universal. This book won't tell you all the answers to life's questions, but my hope is that sharing my story will inspire you to take charge of your thoughts and your life. Because we've always had the power to progress-sometimes we just need help finding it.
