That there be one commissary-general of Stores and Provisions.
This resolution also provided that there should be two major-generals; eight brigadier-generals; an adjutant-general a quartermaster-gene ral, and a Deputy Quartermaster - General for the separate army; a paymaster-general, and a Deputy paymaster-general for the separate army; a Chief Engineer, and two Assistant Engineers; three Aides-de Camp, and a Secretary to the General a Secretary to the major-general commanding the separate department; and a Commissary of Musters.
