Leading and Managing a Social Enterprise in Health and Social Care (Theory and Practice) is the first of its kind to focus on the health and social care sector of social entrepreneurship. Social enterprise in health and social care is an important and expanding area due to various environmental influences such as an ageing population and the economic pressures facing the sector. Provide examples of good practice in staff and human resources management.
