Ossia la parte superiore della statua di Menelao, appartenente a un cele brie gruppo antico, del quale sussistono più repliche, e che rappresenta questo enoe in atto di sostenere il corpo di Patroclo Si chiama Pasquino, perchè un tal frammento fu scavato, e indi collocato, presso la bottega d' un maledico sarto di tail nome. *a questa statua si è 'usato sempre appiccare degli scritti frizzanti e saitirici, ai quali perciò fu dato il nome di Pasquinate. Il palazzo, che corse, mon ha guarì, pericolo di essere atterrato perla nuova fabbrica di Don Luigi Bnaschi Onesti, fu tuttavia conservato, grazie alle disposizioni prese a tal u0po dall' architetto Cosimo Morelli.
