A preliminary plan for the future devel opment of Laurinburg's Central Business Dis triet is presented in this report. Problems of parking, traffic, and the visual appear ance of the business district are analyzed. In the Market Analysis Section, city, county, and retail trade area trends in employment, population, income, and retail sales were studied in order to estimate area needs for floor space, parking, and pedestrian circu lation on the plan.
