Excerpt from Land Use Survey and Analysis, Concord, North Carolina
The contract for Concord specifies that topographic and planimetric maps be produced for a rectangular area centered on Concord and extending at least one mile from the corporate limits of the City. This area contains approximately 25 square miles.
A land use survey is included and provides for maps, plus an existing land use analysis. A population and economic study with an accompanying report will be provided. A land use plan shall be prepared for the expected land use requirements of all major land uses over a planning period of approximately twenty years.
