My name Is Ricky and I am an absolute foodie as I'm sure alot of you are. Now, after years of posting my creations on social media and learning the tricks of the trade through working in commercial kitchens throughout the Midlands. I present to you a selection of recipes as requested by some of my valued friends and followers with hints and tips that the other chefs might keep to themselves. So, whether you're a budding novice looking for some inspiration, a seasoned chef looking for something new to season, or you've bagged yourself a date and a chippy tea just wont cut it there's something here for everyone.
