In the summer and fall of 2000, Lake Street, a major Minneapolis urban thoroughfare, was transformed into one of the largest public art exhibits. Photographer Wing Young Huie's 675 b&w images, ranging in size from 8 by 10 inches to 8 by 12 feet, were displayed along six miles in store windows, transit stops, and billboards. The images reflect the m
