L° primer° que se debe determinar, es la forma de g° bierno p°lític° que se considere mas conveniente, y adecua do a esta Pr°vincia y el plan ec°nómic°, que se deba entablar; c°mprehensiv° de l°s principales objetos, que han de tener lugar en la formaci°n, para c°l°carlos en los opor tun°s y respectivos lugares y l° segund°, señalar su estension y los límites de ebla para evitar disturbi°s con las Pr°vincias limítrofes, que de °tra f°rma causarían pleitos que algunas veces arruinan los vecinos.
