El arbolito Douglas Fir está seguro en el Bosque Nacional y no lo pueden cortar, pero se siente muy solo. Su único deseo es ser un Brillante Árbol de Navidad para que pueda compartir la alegría de la Navidad con todos los niños. Sin embargo, no quiere morir, así que tiene que quedarse en la quietud y la soledad del bosque. With the help of a sparkling Twinkle from Santa's eye, Douglas is able to find the Christmas Spirit within him and overcome his impossible circumstances.
