Beautiful, wealthy, and brilliant architect Karen Krystal is still wrestling with the brutal assassination of her father when her aunt and uncle are killed and her beloved cousins are maimed as a result of a terrorist attack. Because of her unique talents, the head of US Homeland Security convinces Karen to join the intelligence community; and she is immediately thrown into the middle of a twisted, terrorist plot. Her assignment takes her to Paris to help French Intelligence devise a way to thwart the terrorists' scheme designed to execute horror, devastation and economic ruin on the French government. A double agent keeps the terrorists informed of Karen's every move. They are waiting for her when she arrives in Paris and immediately kidnap her. They then set their plan in motion, and at risk is the life of Lillia, an innocent little girl. Karen has to draw on her past Olympic training, her new counterterrorist schooling, and her superhuman senses to wage war against the murderous terrorists escaping through the underground mines and catacombs of Paris. Time is running out for her to preserve France's economy and save Lillia's life.
