In fact, many correct answers can be found without even reading the passages. To make it more objective and verifiable, we are going to use the official test. Go to the SSAT Website ssat.org, the one that you've registered or will register for the test. Sign up and click on the SSAT practice test. Then choose the upper level. Go to the first Reading passage. Please do not read the passage yet.
