Thomas Reedy, of Fort worth Texas, is a victim of credit card fraud masked by child pornography that was hacked in to his business computers. "Operation Avalanche," received International Media Spotlight Attention back in 1999 and it will again once it receives the effective counsel that it requires. There is forensic evidence that has never even been considered or looked at, nor has Thomas Reedy ever had an evidentiary hearing. This case requires effective defense counsel which was severly lacking at his original trial. Thomas Reedy was handed a life sentence with no former convictions or records of any kind. He has been working Pro Se from a Federal Prison cell for the past, currently, 12 years of his life. The following is his own personal account of how injustice in this Country continues to somehow prevail causing many innocent lives, and their families, to be imprisoned and even destroyed by it.
