I believe all writers have a tale to tell. Basically in the beginning, it is the story of our lives....Each one of us has a personal history, which has interacted with the "self" we inherited from our parents that has played a part in molding us into the "person" we have become. Although our cultures differ, along with the society, environment and geography, in the end our basic humanity comes through. The basic survival instinct is immutable. At the center of our being there is something powerful and apart from our ego. It searches for meaning and purpose until it finds expression and fulfills a destiny, of which we are most often unaware. Socrates said, "An unexamined life is not worth living." Here are two examined lives.
