Publisher's Synopsis
Field Marshal Amy Brella brings the remainder of her invasion group home from Bardallow's system in triumph, but with a significant bone to pick with her brother, Ricky Cruz, the Emperor of the Spindle Empire. He seems to have taken some liberties in naming the lead ship of the War Goddess class of Porcupine carriers.
Ricky does make it up to her, by finally taking her to the farm she dreamed of so long ago, when he first showed her the valley above the small city she wanted him to build for the ex-shipboard slave women and girls he liberated from the Interstellars.
Her Emperor allows her some time to spend with her husband, and the new lover Ricky maneuvered into their bed. Okay, so he has a lot of great things that he has done for her in his favor. Still, he needs to learn how to properly name places and things.
Amy's next adventure is to invade and liberate a small alien empire from the Empire of Man. When she gets there with her forces, she finds out how terribly the Empmen have messed up the Kinaklyn's society. She also discovers some things that could be human sphere shattering. Good thing her cousin Maria is along to handle all the politics for both the Kinaklyn and for Amy's discoveries, or is it a good thing?
